If you are in possession of a PS4 or PS5 console, you know that every month Sony offers you free games with the PlayStation Plus subscription. So, what are the games offered in August 2021? Let’s take stock!

For PlayStation console owners, we know that every month, Sony offers free games for PlayStation plus subscribers. A good plan that allowed you to (re)discover creations like Middle-earth: The Shadow of War, Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition, Call of Duty Black OPS IV or STAR WARS™: Squadrons.

Last July, Sony spoiled amateur and confirmed gamers with the beautiful game Plague Tale: Innocence, which became compatible with the PS5 as of July 6. Players were also able to test their fighting skills with WWE 2K Battle Grounds, the wrestling game. Finally, we were able to revisit a classic with Call of Duty Black OPS IV.

For this month of August 2021, the games offered to PS Plus subscribers include the very fun Plants VS Zombies: Battle for Neighborville (PS4), a third-person shooter with playful graphics. To stay in the sports fever created by the Olympic Games, PlayStation offers us the game PS4 Tennis World Tour 2. A tennis game (no surprise), which allows us to play as the greatest athletes of the competition and to fight in multiplayer mode or in Career mode.

Finally, the third game offered is an exclusive for players on PS5: Hunter’s Arena: Legends. A well-known fighting game for wild evenings.

As a reminder, the Play At Home program ended in June, players will no longer be able to benefit from these great plans in the coming months.
