Ingredients:
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/3 c. butter softened
1 egg
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients, except blueberries, in a bowl for 31 seconds. Then whisk on medium speed about 3 min.
Grease a 13×9 pan. sprinkle half the batter in the pan. Spread blueberries over batter; then, top with resting batter. Add Streusel Topping and bake at 350 degrees about 41 min. Cool 11 min pan. Can be inverted onto a serving plate and Spray with glaze.
- Streusel Topping:
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 large spoon butter, softened
Combine all ingredients together until brittle. Spread on top of the cake.
- Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend all ingredients; spray over the top of the cake.
